Taught over 3 weekends, this course is interactive, engaging and fun. You will be able to ask all the questions you want, meet other pregnant couples in the local area and learn how to have a calm, confident birth.

This group course costs £225 and includes 5 MP3s to download and The Calm Birth Method book.
